HOW TO REGISTER FOR CHARTER DAY 2019

Welcome to the registration page for Charter Day.

If you ARE celebrating a reunion (ANCSS classes of 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989, 1999 and 2009) you will need to follow the CELEBRATING A REUNION instructions below.

If you ARE NOT celebrating a reunion this year, you will need to follow the NOT CELEBRATING A REUNION instructions below.

CELEBRATING A REUNION:-

1. Click on the green TICKETS button on the top right-hand side of this page.

2. This will take you to the SELECT TICKETS page. In the top right-hand corner, click on ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE.

3. Enter your ANC graduation year, this is your promotional code. Typing in this "4 digit code" will enable you to view your class reunion specific events (if your class is having events) and also the community events.The options are: 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989, 1999, 2009

4. Select and pay for the events you wish to attend.

5. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an emailed order summary.

6. Please note: You DO NOT require printed tickets. There will be a master list at the door for all registered attendees for all of the events.

NOT CELEBRATING A REUNION:-

1. Click on the green TICKETS button on the top right hand side of this page

2. Select and pay for the events you wish to attend.

3. Upon completion of your registration you will receive an emailed order summary

FAQs

I am celebrating a class reunion and I cannot see any of my class reunion events. I can only see the general Community Events. What should I do?

If you can only see the community events, it means you didn't type in your ANC graduation year in the Promotional Code section. Please follow these steps:

1. Click on the green TICKETS button in the top right-hand side of this page

2. This will take you to the SELECT TICKETS page. At the top of the page in blue text, you will click on the ENTER PROMO CODE.
   

3. Enter your ANC graduation year, this is your promotional code. Typing in this code will enable you to view your class reunion specific events (if your class is having reunion events) and also the community events. The options are: 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989, 1999, 2009.

4. Select and pay for the events you wish to attend

Do I need to print the tickets and bring them to the events I am attending?

No you don't. There will be a master list at the door for all registered attendees for all of the events.

Alumni have played a significant role for both the ANC Secondary Schools and Bryn Athyn College for generations -cheering on our athletes, celebrating our students’ academic achievements, and shaping the institutions’ very natures. Charter Day 2019 is an opportunity to honor our past, highlight our present and look to our bright future of providing a New Church education for upcoming generations.
